Yes, it really IS FREE! Viking Business Products, Inc. specializes in managing inventory for our clients.  Rest assured, this does not mean our clients lose control!  Quite the opposite, actually.  Clients are always in control of ordering; they just get to forget about it until it is time.  That is where Viking Business Products, Inc. comes in.  We will monitor inventory levels, assure stock rotation, reduce your inventories kept on-hand (often taking up valuable floor space), and reduce the occurrence of outages of inventoried items.  We send you monthly reports detailing usage, history, what is on order, and the lead times (reorder quantities or dates) for all items in inventory.  When it is time for you to think about an item, we let you know, and then you decide when and how many to order.  We NEVER order without your approval (perhaps in the form of a purchase order number).  So, you are in control, but lose the responsibility.  When you need additional product, you can contact us via fax, telephone, or internet, and let us know what you need.  Then, we pull the items from inventory, and arrange to either ship it to you, or have it ready for you to pick up at our facility.  It truly IS a win-win program, and has been warmly received by our clients.  Besides, who has time to keep track of how many invoices you have, or when someone took the last box of envelopes!  Let us do it for you!
