- Answer any ringing lines on or before the 3rd ring, using your name so the caller knows who they are talking to.

- When conflicts arise, apologize first, and then attempt to resolve it.

Team work

Reliability
- When the client gives us a project, they must know it will be done as promised so that they can "forget about it"
- You will never surprise a client with extra, unknown charges.
- IF a complaint arises, always resolve it quickly, letting the client know 1. you are sorry that an issue came up and 2. that it will be taken care of for them.
- You will always work for the client's interests as much as possible while maintaining Viking's interests, too.
- Consistency, Consistency, Consistency.

- Remember that the company's success is your success, and it influences more than just those working here every day.
